Atlas製麵機以三機一體的設計概念出發,第一段可揉麵趕麵,第二段可切寬麵條,第三段可
切細麵條,操作輕鬆、簡便。而此機款附有可切粗麵(寬度6.5mm)與細麵(寬度1.5mm)的切麵
器,且總共有十段式(0~9)麵皮厚度調整設計,麵條最厚可達4.8mm,最薄則為0.6mm,
可依照您個人的食用需求去做調整。可與Pastadrive電機和12個附件(單獨出售)一起使用,以製作新的和不同的麵食形狀。

 

Marcato's Original World-Famous Atlas Pasta Machine, called the Ferrari of the pasta machine world by Cook's Illustrated, rolls and cuts pasta dough for traditional lasagna, fettuccine, and tagliolini at home. Rolls sheets of dough to 150-millimeters wide at 10 thicknesses (0.6 to 4.8-Millimeter) for consistent texture, cook time, and taste. Easily attach the pasta drive motor and any of the 12 pasta cutting accessories (sold separately)

 

十段功能紐的厚度與功能分別如下

● 0號:4.8mm以上,適合桿麵皮

● 1號~3號:4.8mm~2.5mm適合粗麵條

● 4號:2.5mm~1.9mm,適合製作水煎包皮

● 5號:1.9mm~1.5mm,適合製作小籠包、水餃皮、細麵條

● 6號:1.5mm~1.2mm,適合製作雞蛋麵

● 7號~9號:1.2mm~0.6mm,適合製作做餛飩皮、蛋餅皮

 


The thickness and function of the ten function buttons are as follows

備註一: 使用完畢切忌用水清洗機器,僅用乾布擦拭附著在製麵機體上的麵粉即可

備註二: 每次使用時,先將麵皮壓扁,輕鋪麵粉,從0號開始一段段往需求厚度調整,避免故障

備註三: 機台上有油層保護。第一次使用時,請用麵皮桿過,吸附掉表面油層後丟棄

 

Remark 1: Wipes clean with a dry brush or cloth after each use

Remark 2: During each use, first squash the dough, lightly spread the flour, and adjust the required thickness from the 0th segment to avoid failures.
Remark 3: There is oil layer protection on the machine table. When using it for the first time, please
use a skin rod to absorb the surface oil layer and discard it.
